Returns & Refunds Policy

At ByCooper, we want you to love the books and products you purchase from our store. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most physical products, including:

  • Books

  • Apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.)

  • Accessories (mugs, stickers, etc.)

  • Gift items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads

  • Signed or personalized books

  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out — we’ll help you figure it out.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged item.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or replacement?
We’re happy to process exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Just contact us and let us know what you need — we’ll make it easy.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (if applicable)

We’ll ship out a replacement at no cost to you.

Include your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.


🌍 International Orders

International orders may have different return windows due to shipping times.
